Photography classes in Devon offer outdoor workshops in Devon.I am a photographer with 30 years experience. Initially I taught myself using (a long time ago) my father's box brownie before moving onto my very own first instamatic as a teenager. I used cameras of this vein travelling overland to the Middle East, taking photos of people, their land and culture.
I bought my analogue Pentax before travelling to India 20yrs ago, where I spent 6months capturing so amazing sights and people. I taught myslef by fiddling around, seeing what did and didn't work through trial and error. I learned a lot! I have found one of the best ways for me to really get to know my camera is to play around with it, pushing the boundaries..and if it doesn't work? Then I have learned some valuable experience in the meantime.

Shortly after I returned to college to learn to print and develop my own photographs and had my own workshop fpr a while. I became qualified and an associate member of the Royal Photographic Socirty in Bath (ARPS). This qualification means I have complete control over the technical aspects of a camera , plus my images are recognised as being of exceptional standard.
 

I now live in Totnes, Devonalong with my 2 children. I work as a freelance photographer.  Using a DSLR I travel across Devon taking photographs of the spectacular beauty of this county. I particularly love Dartmoor with it's ever changing light and scenery and our coast which is second to none. My photographic work is for sale.

I also work as a lifestyle photographer, enjoying more the challenge of capturing the essence of people when they are relaxed. I photograph weddings, celebrations and portraits.

I have  worked for several schools in the areas and supplied photographs to businesses for their own business and websites.
